VIP Bar Hire
This is a fantastic option for our clients who want their guests to have that real ‘VIP’ experience. We include everything, the bar, the bar team, the glassware and the drinks. Packages start at £45.00 inc VAT per guest for a 4 hour service. The only limit is your imagination! Think an endless Margarita bar or a James Bond Martini party! The perfect option for a truly unforgettable night.
Private Cocktail Bar Hire
With this option we will work with you to create a menu of bespoke drinks to serve at your event. You then tell us the amount of each drink you would like and away we go! Please note that the minimum number of cocktails we offer per event is 300 and unlike our VIP bar option staffing costs, glassware and bar unit hire will be an additional charge.
Pre-Paid Bar ‘tab’
With this option we will set up the bar with premium stock, bring along our experience bar team and run the bar as if you were in your local pub. You simply need to pre-pay a set amount (minimum £2000.00) and we will run the tab for you. If we reach this amount during the night and you wish to keep the bar flowing you simply need to ‘top up the tab’. With this hire your guests will have access to a full range of bar drinks without having to worry about bringing their wallet or handbag with them. Please note the cost for this hire depends on location, type of bar set up you would like and the amount you would like to put behind the bar.
Pay Bar Hire
We provide the bar, refrigeration, glassware and apply for all required licensing on your behalf. We’ll then stock the fridges with our range of premium drinks, cool the draught beer and chill the wine. We then throw our professional bar team into the mix and the fun begins! Guests simply head to the bar to buy their drinks as they would in their local. A mixologist or two can be added to our standard pay bar services at an additional cost. This type of bar hire is reserved for events with a minimum of 130 guests and the hire price depends on the location, number of guests and what style of bar set up you would like. Please note this type of bar hire is very rarely available if not booked with one of our catering packages at Rudd Events.
Prosecco Van
Do you want something funky and cool at your wedding or event? How about draught bubbles and beer straight from our renovated Piaggio Ape Prosecco van for those real Milan vibes? Cocktail Masterclasses
Perfect for your Hen party! We come to you! Experience beautiful drinks from all around the world in your own home or hire cottage with this fun, ‘hands on’ cocktail masterclass. Learn to mix, muddle, shake and garnish (and most importantly drink!!) your very own cocktails in this 90min – 2hour class. This is also brilliant for a corporate team building event.
